Promotional Codes
Promotional codes are non-transferable, not for resale, not redeemable for cash and cannot be used toward previous purchases. Promotional codes are valid for single time use only.
Only one promotional code can be used per order. Promotional codes cannot be combined with additional offers or promotions.
Returns of merchandise purchased with a promotional code may be subject to deduction of the value of the promotional code.
Delivery Policy
We will try our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. However, there may be delays for reasons including item availability issues or address verification.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with an order reference number. Use this to track your order. All orders can be tracked from the Order Status Page. You will receive tracking information once your package has shipped.
Please ensure the address you have provided us with is correct as redelivery charges will apply if our couriers are unable to deliver due to inaccurate detail.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately of any damages or issues. Note any damages or issues on the courier’s delivery receipt.
You must retain all packaging materials, damaged goods and goods in the state that they were delivered for returns or refunds. We cannot process returns or offer refunds without the original packaging materials.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Honey Rosie® will accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached, provided it is returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and have original tags.
Returns will not be accepted without original tags and/or if an item shows signs of wear or is damaged. Clearance items marked down by 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please complete the return form that came with your package and send it back with your return. Alternatively, you can log in to your account and request a return online. Returns requested outside of 30 days after receipt of your order will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will notify you once your refund has been processed, which can take up to 7 days after receiving your package. Late returns or exchanges exceeding 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Sale items may be refunded for the sale price, not the original price. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to Honey Rosie’s® error. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
For hygiene reasons, earrings, underwear and swimsuit bottoms must be in new condition with all original packaging and tags attached to be eligible for a return.
